Terra Madre Salone del Gusto is the Slow Food event held in the historic squares of downtown Turin, whose 16th edition took place in September 2026. More than 600 producers from Italy and abroad, including Slow Food Presidia, showcase their goods at a large market in the city's streets and squares, alongside conferences, taste workshops and dinners.
