Winter FancyFaire is the Specialty Food Association's winter trade show for specialty food at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, the first industry event of the year. Besides the show floor it offers offsite sampling around the city; the site reports over 12,000 industry professionals and more than 1,000 exhibitors.
