In short
The Accademia Liuteria Piemontese San Filippo is a violin-making school in Turin, housed in the monumental complex of San Filippo Neri near the Egyptian Museum. It grew out of the Associazione Centro Liuteria Piemontese, founded in 2010 by master luthier Enzo Cena together with the Oratorian Fathers. It offers two-year professional day courses in building the violin and viola and the classical guitar, one-year professional courses in modern bow making, cello making and plucked-instrument repair, and evening courses for amateurs, following the Piedmontese violin-making tradition.
