AKTO Art & Design College is a private college founded in Athens in May 1971 by Vlasis Vellios, with campuses in Athens and Thessaloniki. Since 1991 its programmes have been validated by Middlesex University London, leading to BA (Hons) and MA degrees. Its specialisations are graphic design, interior architecture, comics and cartoon, fashion design, animation, fine art, product and design innovation, photography and game design. The college also runs a vocational training course for fashion designers and clothing and footwear technology technicians, and has fashion, model-making and 3D printing workshops.
