The Amasya Vocational School of Technical Sciences is a vocational school of Amasya University offering two-year associate-degree programmes; it began teaching in the 1975-1976 academic year. Its Design Department runs a Fashion Design programme, whose second-year students present a yearly exhibition of garment designs, with workshop courses in design, accessories and surface treatment. The school's other departments cover computing, electrical, electronic, construction, mechanical, chemical and automotive technologies.
