The College of Textile Design, Technology and Management is a department of the Academy of Technical and Art Applied Studies Belgrade; it began in 1958 as the Higher Technical Textile School, set up with the textile industry, and later added courses in garment and knitwear, quality management and pattern design. It offers a bachelor's applied study programme in textile and clothing design and short courses, for example in women's garment pattern making and CAD. Its address is Starine Novaka 24, Belgrade.
