The Faculty of Fine Arts and Design of Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University, in Bilecik in north-western Turkey, offers four-year bachelor's programmes in departments that include Industrial Design, Jewellery and Jewellery Design, Ceramics and Glass, Interior Architecture, Visual Communication Design and Painting. The Jewellery and Jewellery Design department teaches the principles of goldsmithing, precious and semi-precious metals and stones, and traditional and modern production technologies, preparing students for design, manufacture and sale in workshops of every size. The Industrial Design programme teaches product and service design through studio projects, with six-week summer internships in industry and in design offices.
