Bunka Gakuen University is a private university in Yoyogi, Shibuya ward, Tokyo, belonging to the Bunka Gakuen educational foundation. In the Fashion Creation department of its Faculty of Fashion, students learn the basics of clothing studies, fashion drawing and sewing in the first year, then choose subjects from design, technique and science fields, including couture, pattern making, knit CAD, textile planning, dyeing and finishing, and stage a fashion show in the fourth year.
