The Faculty of Fashion Design & Apparel Engineering is part of the Bangladesh University of Textiles in Dhaka, which began in December 2010 as an upgrade of the former College of Textile Technology. The faculty has two departments: Textile Fashion & Design, which offers a four-year BSc in Textile Engineering (Fashion & Design) combining fashion and textile design with technical training, and Apparel Engineering, which offers BSc and MSc degrees in Textile Engineering (Apparel).
