The Centro Conservazione e Restauro «La Venaria Reale» is a non-profit foundation in Venaria Reale, near Turin, set up in 2005 as an institute for advanced training and research in the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage. Under an agreement with the University of Turin it hosts the single-cycle master's degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, and its Scuola di Alta Formazione e Studio runs master's courses and professional refresher courses. Its nine restoration laboratories are organised by material, including wooden furniture, metals, ceramics and glass, and textiles, tapestries, leather and carpets, alongside scientific laboratories.
