In short
CERAMICO CAMPUS is the Burgenland state vocational school for tiles, ceramics and stove building in Stoob, a village with a long tradition of pottery. Its four-year vocational school teaches ceramics, tile laying and stove building in its own workshops, with a specialisation from the second year and a company internship in the fourth; graduates complete the training as potter-stove builders, ceramists or tile layers and may sit the master craftsman examination. The school also runs a post-secondary course (Aufbaulehrgang) and a Kolleg. According to the school's history it was founded in 1956, in the disused Stoob earthenware factory.
