Chongqing Institute of Foreign Studies (CIFS) is an undergraduate institution in Chongqing, with campuses in Qijiang and Liangjiang; it began in 2001 as a translation college of Sichuan International Studies University and became independent in 2020. Its strength is languages, but its School of Arts teaches bachelor's programmes including fashion and accessory design, product design, environmental design and visual communication design.
