In short

CMA Formation Boulazac, formerly known as the CFA des métiers, is the apprenticeship centre of the Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat Nouvelle-Aquitaine for the Dordogne, on an 11-hectare campus about ten minutes from Périgueux. It trains apprentices and adults retraining in seven fields, including art and rare trades (cabinet-making and wood arts) and food trades such as pastry and chocolate making, bakery and butchery. The network's catalogue describes the CAP in cabinet-making as making and restoring classic and contemporary furniture.
