In short

CMA Formation's Avignon centre is the apprenticeship training centre of the regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts in the Vaucluse, with courses from CAP to two-year post-baccalaureate level on two sites in Avignon. The Fontcouverte site, at 7 avenue de l'Étang in the Fontcouverte business park, teaches cabinetmaking alongside industrial maintenance, mechanics, electrical work and commerce. The Saint-Roch site, at 12 boulevard Saint-Roch, hosts the food trades, hairdressing and beauty, and floristry courses; the centre says some of its courses are led by Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.
