Fuenllana is a bilingual state-subsidised (concertado) school in Alcorcón, in the Madrid region, whose vocational training centre offers an intermediate cycle in clothing and fashion and a higher cycle in pattern-making and fashion, with modules in industrial pattern-making in textiles and leather, sewing techniques and industrial garment production, alongside cycles in cookery and gastronomy and in kitchen management. The school states that it began in Alcorcón in the 2005-06 academic year after some thirty years as a hospitality and tourism school.
