Creative Space Beirut, active since 2011 according to its website, provides free fashion design education and career support to talented young people from vulnerable backgrounds across Lebanon. Its three-year programme is entirely free, including transport and materials, and is open to applicants aged 16 to 25, selected through a portfolio, an interview and a two-day workshop. The school is on the ground floor of the Monot Residence Building on Monot Street in Beirut, and helps cover its costs through its own products, bespoke work by alumni and tailored production services.
