In short
CY École de design is the public design school of CY Cergy Paris Université, part of its engineering school CY Tech, and is located on the iXcampus in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Its five-year Designer global programme, with master's degree status, trains designers without early specialisation, from materials to decisions and from products to experiences, with about half of the first three years devoted to physical and digital representation techniques. The school also offers a three-year bachelor in creative 3D modelling, developed with Renault, Stellantis and design agencies, which combines digital modelling with clay work and has its last two years in work-study; the campus has a model workshop, a wood and plastics fabrication workshop and a fablab.
