In short

The Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI) is a private, non-profit design university in Dubai Design District (d3), whose Bachelor of Design is accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation of the UAE ministry. Its curriculum was developed with MIT and Parsons School of Design: after a first year covering four disciplines, students combine two of them, choosing among product design, fashion design, multimedia design and strategic design management, and finish with a capstone project. The fashion track teaches students to conceive and make artefacts for the body with new technologies; the university also offers a Master of Design.
