The Textile Design major of Duksung Women's University's College of Art & Design, in Dobong-gu, Seoul, aims to combine artistic and craft sensibility with professional design skills. The curriculum covers basic and computer weaving with jacquard pattern design, hand-woven design, silkscreen and printing, dyeing and natural dyeing, knit design, fashion and living textile patterns and textile product making, ending with weaving, textile art and start-up projects. The university also has a separate fashion design major.
