Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design (DJCAD) is the art and design college of the University of Dundee. Its BDes in Jewellery & Metal Design teaches traditional jewellery making alongside CAD/CAM, microelectronics for wearables, novel materials and 3D printing, while the BDes in Textile Design focuses on printed and knitted textiles, from screen printing and knit and stitch to 3D printing and laser cutting. Facilities include a specialist metal and mixed-materials workshop, in-house casting, a wood workshop and a foundry.
