In short

The Escola d'Art i Disseny de la Diputació a Tarragona (EADT) is a public school run by the Tarragona provincial council; it traces its origins to a school of painting and sculpture opened in 1934 and was reopened by the council in 1947. It offers higher vocational programmes in artistic jewellery, applied mural arts, illustration, photography, advertising and interactive graphics and animation, and monographic courses in wheel-thrown ceramics and glazes, ceramic modelling, printmaking and an introduction to furniture restoration; in 2026 it held an exhibition marking 50 years of jewellery teaching.
