In short
The embroidery school of the Conservatoire des Broderies de Lunéville François-Remy, at the Château de Lunéville in Lorraine, teaches Lunéville embroidery worked with the Lunéville hook, both in its original form, the point de Lunéville, and in its haute couture form, beaded and sequined embroidery, as well as art embroidery. It offers leisure courses and workshops for children from age eight, and a professional training path leading to the state-registered certification «Réaliser des broderies au point de Lunéville» (RS7131). The conservatoire, run by the François-Remy family, has been promoting these techniques since 1998 and also runs an embroidery museum and a shop for embroidery supplies.
