In short

The École Hermès des savoir-faire trains people of all backgrounds, young or changing careers, in the leather trades inside the workshops of the Hermès house, through qualifications recognised by the State. In Montereau-Fault-Yonne the school is based at the Hermès leather goods workshop opened in 2021 near the Hermès tannery; together with the Pantin site it trains artisans for the Paris-Val-de-Seine hub. Programmes include saddler-leather goods maker (job preparation followed by a CAP in leather goods in work-study), leather cutter and leather goods stitcher (CQP).
