In short
The École Saint-Éloi is a private, free, state-recognised technical school with the École de Production label, run by a non-profit association. It trains young people aged 15 to 18 in jewellery: a CAP in jewellery art and techniques with polishing or stone-setting options, followed by a BMA. Pupils learn by making pieces ordered by companies or private clients rather than for marks, in classes of 12, each supervised by a master craftsperson. Founded in Annecy, the school moved to Faverges, on the other side of Lake Annecy, in summer 2023.
