In short
The Technologies and Industry division of the Neuchâtel vocational training centre (CPNE) teaches watchmaking at its Klaus site in Le Locle. Its courses include the four-year federal watchmaker certificate (CFC), full-time or dual, with the specific fields of repair (rhabillage) and industrial methods, the production watchmaker CFC, the two-year watch operator certificate (AFP), and a modular watchmaking programme for adults. The CPNE was created by merging the canton's vocational centres, including the CIFOM, which ran the former technical school in Le Locle.
