EK (Erhvervsakademi København) is a business academy in Copenhagen formed by the merger of Copenhagen Business Academy (Cphbusiness) and KEA. Its professional bachelor in Jewellery, Technology and Business (3¼ years, 195 ECTS) is taught at EK Guldbergsgade and covers jewellery design, materials, production and business, with an internship semester; the SMYK Lab workshop is equipped for traditional jewellery production, from melting metal to casting and basic stone setting. Exchange students can take a semester in English, and EK also offers design technology programmes for the fashion and lifestyle industry, such as Sustainable Fashion Tech.
