The Escola Artística e Profissional Árvore is a professional art school founded in 1982 on Passeio das Virtudes, in Porto's historic centre, and heir to the teaching experience of the Cooperativa Árvore. Its secondary-level professional courses include fashion design, which teaches drawing, pattern cutting and garment making, fashion production and communication, and equipment and product design, covering furniture and equipment, 3D modelling and prototyping, as well as graphic design, multimedia and animation. The courses lead to the 12th-year certificate and a level IV professional diploma.
