The Escola Municipal d'Art Arsenal is a municipal school of art and design in Vilafranca del Penedès, part of the town's Municipal Training Institute. It was founded in 1971 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, gained official recognition in 1978 and moved to Vilafranca in 1982. It offers an intermediate programme in artistic jewellery procedures and a higher programme in artistic jewellery, in which students design and make art jewellery, together with programmes in printed, interactive and audiovisual graphics and non-formal courses.
