The Escola d'Art La Industrial is a public municipal art school in Barcelona, housed in the former Batlló factory and part of the Barcelona Education Consortium. It sees itself as heir to the Escola dels Bells Oficis, opened on this site in 1914, and became an independent School of Arts and Crafts in 1983. It teaches vocational cycles in artistic jewellery, stone setting, metal engraving, artistic ceramics and ceramic decoration, together with short courses in jewellery, bookbinding, ceramics and natural dyeing.
