Etec de Tiquatira is a state technical school of the Centro Paula Souza in the Penha district of São Paulo, opened in 2009. It offers Clothing Pattern-making (Modelagem do Vestuário) both as an in-person technical course and integrated with secondary school. The 1,200-hour, three-semester course teaches the geometry of patterns, body measurements, fabric cutting and digital pattern-making, preparing pattern-makers who turn a designer's concept into garments for production.
