In short
The Fondazione Arte Sacra Contemporanea was created in April 2022 as an evolution of the Scuola di arte sacra di Firenze, which is now its training arm, at Le Pavoniere in the Cascine park (viale della Catena 4). Its three-year course in sacred art trains artists and artisans specialised in sacred art, with paths in goldsmithing, painting and sculpture and a high number of workshop hours. The foundation also runs masters, advanced, summer and special courses, and produces commissioned works.
