Giresun Vocational School is a vocational school of Giresun University in the city of Giresun, on Turkey's eastern Black Sea coast, offering two-year associate-degree programmes. According to its history page it began teaching on 1 March 1976 under the Ministry of National Education. Its Fashion Design programme offers theoretical and practical training in textile product design, fashion drawing, pattern making, sewing techniques, collection building, trend analysis and fashion marketing, and students design original garments and accessories in design workshops; the school's other programmes include interior design, graphic design and architectural restoration.
