Guangzhou Polytechnic University, formerly Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic, is a public vocational university in the Panyu district of Guangzhou, established at university level in 2025. Its School of Jewellery, set up in 2005, offers a bachelor's programme in jewellery engineering technology and diplomas in jewellery design and craft, jewellery technology and management, and gemstone identification and processing, plus a fashion goods design track run with Chow Tai Fook; it has master studios for gem cutting and cloisonné. The School of Art Design has workshops for footwear, handbags and hand-tooled leather goods.
