In short
Guizhou Shenghua Vocational College is a non-profit charitable higher vocational college, funded by donations from Cher Wang and Chen Wenqi, in the Bainiaohe digital town of Huishui County, Guizhou. Its Tangrenfang Intangible Cultural Heritage School, set up in 2011 with the Beijing company Tangrenfang to protect and develop the folk crafts of Guizhou's ethnic minorities, has taught since autumn 2012 programmes in ethnic handicraft design and making, arts and crafts design and clothing and costume design, drawing on Miao, Buyi and other local cultures. In 2012 it created an ethnic costume museum.
