HAMK Häme University of Applied Sciences, headquartered in Hämeenlinna, trains designers with the Bachelor of Culture and Arts degree. It states that it is the only higher education institution in the Nordic countries where footwear design can be studied and the only one in Finland for glass and ceramic design.
