The Organised Industrial Zone Vocational School of Harran University was established in 2019 inside the industrial zone of Şanlıurfa to train technicians close to local companies. Its Textile, Clothing, Footwear and Leather department runs a two-year Footwear Design and Production programme, among others; students follow three semesters of theory and practice and one semester of full-time placement in companies of the zone.
