Hebei Vocational College of Arts and Crafts is a public full-time higher art college in Baoding, founded in 1964; it was part of Hebei University as its College of Arts and Crafts from 2001 and became independent in 2013. Its Department of Fashion Crafts offers clothing and costume design, arts and crafts design, character design, jewellery design and craft, and product art design, and the college also teaches home textile design and traditional ethnic crafts among its 23 programmes. In 2024 it set up industry colleges with the counties of Gaoyang, for modern textiles, and Yuxian. The college is at 102 Ruixiang Street, Baoding.
