Hebei Academy of Fine Arts is a private full-time undergraduate art university approved by the Ministry of Education, founded in 2002 and located in Xinle, in the Shijiazhuang area of Hebei Province. Its 2026 admissions list includes clothing and costume design, jewellery design and technology, ceramic art design, arts and crafts, fibre art and product design, as well as a clothing design programme run jointly with ACME Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. The school states that it has a fine arts museum and laboratories including jade carving, 3D printing and traditional mounting workshops.
