In short
The Faculty of Design of the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT) offers four-year B.Des. degrees in industrial design, interior design and visual communication design, and an M.Des. in design for technological environments. The industrial design programme covers the whole product development process, from concept, form and materials to production, with workshops equipped with heavy machinery, soft materials, ceramics and a 3D printing farm; electives include furniture, toy and bicycle design. The programme works closely with industry, and students develop real products, including projects for people with specific needs.
