The TEXOVERSUM Faculty of Textiles of Reutlingen University, at Alteburgstraße 150, offers bachelor's programmes in Fashion Design & Art Conception, International Fashion Business, Textile Engineering and Transportation Interior Design, plus master's programmes. Fashion Design & Art Conception, which replaces Fashion and Textile Design from winter semester 2027/28, covers the idea, conception, making and presentation of fashion and textile products over seven semesters, with a compulsory internship. The faculty has laboratories for fibre and yarn, weaving, knitting, sewing and CAD, textile finishing and textile printing.
