Hochschule Trier teaches fashion at its Campus Gestaltung in Trier, with a bachelor's and a master's degree in Fashion Design (Modedesign). The school states that fashion has been taught in Trier for over a hundred years: the programme grew out of the fashion class of the Werkkunstschule Trier founded in 1922 and combines craft, applied art, technology and science. Students present their graduate collections at a fashion show and can take part in projects and courses of the other design disciplines on the campus.
