Holmesglen Institute is a TAFE and higher education institute in Melbourne. At its Chadstone campus it offers a three-year Bachelor of Fashion Design, taught in purpose-built fashion facilities with manufacturing rooms, patternmaking studios and computer labs, whose students have shown collections on the Melbourne Fashion Week student runway. Also at Chadstone, the one-year Certificate IV in Furniture Design and Manufacturing combines design theory with hands-on training in furniture production, CAD and machine operation, and the institute runs upholstery and furniture-making courses.
