In short
Hong Kong Art School is the educational arm of the Hong Kong Arts Centre, founded in 2000 and recognised by the Hong Kong SAR Government. Its award-bearing programmes, the Higher Diploma in Fine Art and the Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) co-presented with RMIT University in Australia, focus on four disciplines: ceramics, painting, photography and sculpture. Besides its premises at the Arts Centre, the school has a campus in Shau Kei Wan devoted to object-based three-dimensional art-making and a site at Youth Square in Chai Wan, and it also runs short courses for the public.
