Hunan Vocational College of Science and Technology is a public higher vocational college in Changsha, founded in 1958. Its Xiangci (Hunan Porcelain) College, set up in July 2025, centres on a ceramic design and craft programme run since 2010, covering overglaze and underglaze painting, including Liling underglaze five-colour porcelain and Tongguan kiln ware, taught through master studios and apprenticeship.
