The Institut Desain dan Bisnis Bali, in Panjer, Denpasar, runs a bachelor's programme in fashion design (Desain Mode), which started in 2019. Students learn to design clothing and master its techniques, from concept, design development and choice of materials to production techniques, finished products and brand development, working in the institute's studios and laboratories. In later years they choose one of three specialisations, including fashion business and digital fashion, and complete industry-based final projects.
