IES Cotes Baixes, in the Cotes Baixes industrial estate in Alcoi, is a secondary school that, alongside ESO and Bachillerato, offers vocational cycles in several professional families. In textiles it teaches an intermediate cycle in the manufacture and finishing of textile products, a higher cycle in technical design in textiles and leather, which includes CAD-CAM design of textile prints, and a basic cycle in alterations and repair of textile and leather articles. In wood and furniture it offers an intermediate cycle in carpentry and furniture and a higher cycle in design and furnishing, both also available in dual mode; the school states that it is the only centre in the province of Alicante teaching them.
