In short

The Bento Gonçalves campus of the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Sul offers a seven-semester higher technology degree in Viticulture and Oenology. The course covers every stage of wine production, from growing and harvesting grapes to processing, maturation, bottling and marketing, along with sensory analysis and quality control. The campus also offers an integrated technical course in viticulture and oenology, a specialisation in viticulture and a professional master's degree in viticulture and oenology.
