The Jaraguá do Sul-Centro campus of the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina offers fashion and textile training: a higher technology degree in Fashion Design, post-secondary technical courses in Textiles and Clothing, and technical courses in Garment Pattern Making and Textiles integrated with secondary education. The fashion design course trains students to create and develop products for the fashion industry, from research and collections to prototypes and technical sheets, and runs the extension project Duo di Moda e Vestuário.
