The Design Discipline of PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Jabalpur, started in 2008, offers a four-year Bachelor of Design, a two-year Master of Design and a PhD in Design. Students specialise mainly in product, visual and space design, with exposure to interaction, transportation and service design. Its workshops include laser cutting, 3D printing, plastic injection moulding, woodworking and vacuum forming, with staff skilled in wood, metal, polymer and composite fabrication.
