INADEH (Instituto Nacional de Formación Profesional y Capacitación para el Desarrollo Humano) is Panama's national vocational training institute, with its main seat on Vía Tocumen in Panama City and training centres in every province and in the indigenous comarcas. Its training areas include crafts (indigenous and handmade crafts, typical stitches, tembleques), dressmaking and textiles (skirts and blouses, trousers, shirts, typical clothing, household linen, upholstery) and gastronomy (Panamanian and international cuisines, bread, pastry, national sweets and wine technology).
